- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Wait at least 90 seconds on models
equipped with an airbag after disconnection.
- Remove the cool/ice box amplifier if necessary.
- Detach the upper case from the ice box assembly.
- Unbolt and disconnect the wiring from the blower motor, then extract the
motor from the lower case.
To install:
- Connect the wiring of the motor to the harness.
- Attach and secure the blower motor inside the ice box.
- Attach the upper cover to the lower portion of the box.
- Install the amplifier if removed.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
